Rockfish, Inc. is a marine exploration company dedicated to reconstructing the history of the Steamship Pacific, one of the last untouched wrecks of a gold rush steamship. Rockfish arrested what they believe to be the wreck in November 2022.

Rockfish operations represent a new age in underwater exploration. Using telepresence and custom robotics equipment specifically designed to meet the operational needs of this project, Rockfish anticipates undergoing a recovery operation where team members are almost entirely on land.
Reconstructing the past
Rockfish has delved into the archives to learn more about how the ship was constructed and what was on board. Their comprehensive research efforts will allow the company to step into the past and recreate the day the S/S Pacific sank.
